A furnace that won't light or keeps shutting off needs real diagnosis, not another reset. A CO check happens on every call, standard, not an upsell.
Furnace failures in Kittrell cluster around a handful of parts — ignitors, flame sensors, gas valves, heat exchangers. Each gets tested with a multimeter and combustion analyzer, not replaced on a hunch, not parts-cannon guessing.
What doesn't change from visit to visit.
Every repair includes a CO check, not optional.
No-heat calls in Kittrell get priority routing over routine work during cold snaps when it's cold.
Ignitor or heat exchanger, the price is quoted and approved before work begins.
Both fuel types get the same trained tech, no exceptions.
Six repairs that cover most of our winter calls.
These two parts are behind most no-heat visits, usually a same-visit fix.
We test actual response and pressure output rather than replacing an expensive part on a hunch before we recommend replacing it.
A cracked heat exchanger can leak combustion byproducts into the airflow — we inspect with a scope and analyzer rather than assuming based on age.
We test both before condemning the control board.
Older Kittrell furnaces with standing pilots have their own failure points — thermocouples, pilot orifices, draft issues that newer ignition doesn't have.
Zero response from the furnace can mean a wiring fault, not a furnace failure to avoid overcharging for parts you don't need.
Four steps, safety checked at every one.
Tell us what the furnace is doing and we'll get someone moving.
A stocked truck arrives ready to diagnose and often repair same visit.
Safety and diagnostic checks come first, then a flat-rate quote.
We re-check CO before signing off, backed by warranty.
Feedback from completed furnace repairs.
Pilot light kept going out on our older furnace every few days. Tech identified a failing thermocouple that two other companies had overlooked.

Called about a gas smell near the furnace closet and they had someone here within the hour to confirm it was safe before doing any repair work.

Landlord here with an older building, they've kept three separate furnace units running through two winters without a single emergency callout.
